Q. How the proccess going on ?
You can choose the package that suitable with your needs and also for your budget. After you made a choice and make a payment via Paypal, you will be redirected automatically to a webpage that you must fill the form for your design specification. We will contact you and send you the first preview ASAP.
Q. How about if I'am unsatisfied with the design ?
In any case that you're unsatisfied with your design, we will offer you One Free Revision. But if the design is final and you agree with that, you can't request a revision anymore. (except for a small changes)
Q. How long does it take to design one eCover or Minisite ?
Our turnaround time varies according to our schedule and the package that you're choose. Usually for a small package needs 2-4 days to finish it, and for the big package usually it's take 10-14 days until the design is finalize. But if you got a lot of changes or revisions, it will take more longer than standard turnaround time.
Q. What is your working days?
I am using standard occupation days and work on Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Sometimes though, we may work during Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays if I got overload project.
Q. How we can communicate each others during the design process ?
There is many ways to communicate each others by using email or instant messaging. But I am prefer using using an e-mail to gathering each others ideas.
Q. How do you deliver the finished project ?
I will deliver the finished project into my own hosting, and you can simply download the files. To reduce the sizes, I will compress the file into .zip or .rar file.
Q. What kind of file formats will I get later ?
• For the template will be come in HTML and CSS file.
• For the images commonly will be come in JPG or GIF, but if you have another request of formats, I will provide it for you. (For example .PNG for the transparent background)
Q: Can I obtain the Photoshop (.PSD) source files for my project?
Yes, regarding the stock image license agreement, you can obtain the .PSD source files by made an extra payment for 25$.
Q. How do I pay to purchase your product ?
I am use Paypal for the transaction that the most commonly people use it.
Q. I want to make a changes for the minisite / eCover that's already done before, Should I pay it once more?
No, if your request only small changing like change the background color, change the title text, or change the sub-title text, you can send email to me and attach the file for a new request. We'll do it for free
